  • Shipping and Handling

    It is important to us that you will receive the goods you buy. That is why all our products will be shipped with an extra insurance. All our goods will be shipped for free to the address you prefer. Our preferred carrier is PostNL. In addition, we offer UPS as an additional carrier at extra costs.

  • Return and Exchanges

    It is sad to hear that you are not satisfied with your product. Of course it is possible to return it within 14 days after receiving it. Please contact our Customer Care to explain that you would like to return it. They will handle it off with you. Shipping costs for returning the goods are for the customer. Please be aware that we only can handle of the goods, if they come in the same condition as received by us.

    If you have received a Giftcard, you can use it in our checkout. Please select the option "Giftcard" at the Payment Method section. If the amount does not reach the total amount of the goods, you can pay the rest with your preferred Payment Method.
