All our goods will be shipped for free to the address you prefer (Up till €5.500,-. Otherwise an additional charge of €59,95). Our preferred carrier is PostNL. In addition, we offer UPS as an additional carrier at extra costs.
It is sad to hear that you are not satisfied with your product. Of course it is possible to return it within 14 days after receiving it. Please contact our Customer Care to explain that you would like to return it. They will handle it off with you. Shipping costs for returning the goods are for the customer. Please be aware that we only can handle of the goods, if they come in the same condition as received by us.
