We want you to feel completely confident with your THDV purchase. For private consumers, we offer a 14-day return period after receiving your order, provided the item meets our return conditions.

Consumers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days after receiving the item.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, complete, and in the same condition as received, including all original accessories and packaging.
Business Purchases
Purchases made by business customers are final and cannot be returned.
Pre-Order Items
Items purchased through pre-order are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
Consumer Protection
Private customers can use their legal right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving their order.
Luxury Items
Every vintage designer item is unique and carefully inspected. Please handle your item with care during the return period.
